You are purchasing “Guaranteed Signups” from “Provider”.
A “Guaranteed Signup” is defined as a request for free information from the website submitted. Free information can be described as
1. Filling out a form to receive information via email
2. Submitting a pre-enroll application
3. Submitting an email address for inclusion in a newsletter
4. Completing an application for a free membership
A “Guaranteed Signup” does not mean that you will receive any type of compensation or upgrade activity from a member. Furthermore, if your program requires a user to submit multiple pages of information, or requires the user to proceed with a confirmation process via email in order to appear in your back office, by submitting such an offer you agree that the signup information provided by the “Provider” is final.
The signups that you have purchased from us come directly through people visiting your site and signing up directly on your site. The information they give on the site at the time of signup is exactly what is delivered to your back office and our stats area. The guarantees state that we will replace any bad email addresses and disconnected phone numbers. However we do not validate phone numbers and can not guarantee that people will want to speak with anyone. Most of the time when a user is interested in an offer they more than likely will submit an email address. Most people are turned off by giving out a phone number or talking to any type of sales people. They want it on their terms with a chance to review thing through no intrusive email. The phone response is not unheard of even if the person did submit the information. For this reason we recommend the primary contact methods be via email. We find that the response rates via email vs. phone contact are very successful. Since your program requires telephone information, these people had to supply it in order to get information via email. In the event the phone was not required more than likely not one person would have supplied the information.
If you have ran across any invalid email addresses or disconnected numbers, please submit them via a support ticket for replacement.
